Science Teacher Mathew Wajda shared his thoughts on the Playstation 5 and the games he’s anticipated in playing, “I’m excited, the console itself seems really good. I like the idea of them making digital only versions of consoles, which is cool because for people like me who haven’t been buying consoles as much, it makes it easier for me to get back into that…” He continued, “the video demos they have are amazing, it looks gorgeous and I know that Playstation has lots of games that I want, the Spiderman: Miles Morales game looks awesome, the Assassins Creed game also looks amazing, they do also have a lot of playstation plus games on launch with bunch of games I never played as well, so having th PS5 with the nice graphics and all their exclusives will be really nice.”
Senior Anthony Yennella stated, “Well, the PS5 looks great and all, but between Sony and Microsoft, it’s been a battle for the best console. PS5 has many things to offer overall, and I do believe it’s going to be great!” He continued to say, “I’m excited to hopefully play GTA6 when it comes out sometime in 2021/2022. I haven’t personally seen any buyouts from Sony yet, but hopefully, they acquire some more game studios, like Microsoft has done, and create more of a variety of different games to play. GTA6, and other games will for sure be available, as I do believe that all the game studios acquired the necessary library files, and compiling systems, needed for that type of coding they do within Microsoft Visual Studio, or any other compiler.”
The new Playstation 5 will feature many new games and excitement among gamers as the year comes. As for the pre-orders, they opened on the 17 of September and are limited in stock and selling out fast, so get ready to order one before the Holiday. The Playstation 5 will be released on November 12 of this year.
