Lexi Lafferty

Lexi Lafferty, Staff Writer

My name is Alexis Lafferty, but I go by Lexi. I’m a freshman at Foran High School in the class of 2028. This is my first year in journalism, and so far I’ve liked it! I joined this class because I’ve always enjoyed writing. Whether it was journaling, a school assignment, or a personal narrative, I liked it all! Here at Foran, I’m a part of the girls varsity soccer team. I’ve always loved soccer, and it’s very enjoyable here at Foran. In the winter, I compete in skiing. This is obviously outside of Foran, but it’s a big interest of mine. In the spring, I’m hoping to join track as a Foran athlete. I think I want to run the 800 or 400, but I’ll figure that out more when the time comes. I’m interested in being a Natural Helper. I want to help out incoming freshmen. So far I love it at Foran and hope I continue to love it!
